Our approach to the design process is one of listening, asking, analyzing and engaging each client as a participant in design. The collaboration explores possible physical solutions suggested from a thorough understanding of the projects needs and unique parameters. The shared goal is to reveal the projects singular nature and to discover through design an identity that is individual and memorable.

A significant aspect of our experience is preparation of a detailed total project cost model, project cost estimate, phasing plan and master project schedule.

As the facility program is refined, we begin preparation of a cost model that identifies all of the categories that will have a financial impact on the project. We continually track cost information for design alternatives to be considered in full. This allows for "management of expectations" throughout the project so that the developed program fits within established financial parameters.
